People with an engineering or mechanical background, interested in a career in the drinks industry, are encouraged to apply. Drinks dispense and refrigeration experience is ideal but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure all engineers meet the high expectations and requirements of our clients.
What we do require though, is drive and a positive attitude towards the learning of new skills, working alongside our team of highly experienced drinks dispensing engineers. Applicants should be self-motivated, flexible and prepared to travel.
As a Celli Asset Management UK drinks dispense engineer, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Install, maintain and survey drinks dispense systems, including single tap and multi-tap installations, FastPour systems, temporary bars, stadium venues and outdoor events
- Provide drawings of bar and cellar layout and stipulate equipment requirements
- Provide support and advice to external and internal customers
- Develop a practical and theoretical understanding of relevant processes
- Embrace and utilise technology to benefit the business and the client
The key skills required for this position are:
- Education to a satisfactory level - as a minimum this must include GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours and the nature of the work to be carried out
- Good problem-solving skills
- Work well in a team, but also independently
