The business was founded by Derek Jones, Chairman and is now led by his two sons, Paul Jones and Ian Jones, both Directors within the company. They are supported by a strong team of technical, customer facing and support staff, each committed to providing the highest quality service in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Katie DallawayOffice Operations ManagerKatie's work as Office Operations Manager is crucial in T&J's maintaining of SLAs for its customers. She is responsible for managing the relationship between our office function and the operational and technical teams. With her years of experience at T&J as our Customer Services/Relationship Manager, she recognises the importance of resolving matters effectively and efficiently.
