Our people

T&J Installations has a dedicated, knowledgeable and highly experienced team of staff. The business was founded by Derek Jones, Chairman and is now led by his two sons, Paul Jones and Ian Jones, both Directors within the company. They are supported by a strong team of technical, customer facing and support staff, each committed to providing the highest quality service in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Having worked in the drinks dispense industry for over 25 years, Ian is Managing Director of the business. Ian takes a keen interest in most corners of the business, from marketing to operations to developing the company's range of cutting-edge dispense solutions such as FastPour and tank beer.

Paul Jones

Paul Jones

Operations Director

As Operations Director, Paul is responsible for the delivery of installation projects, masterminding some of our most innovative ventures. Paul takes a hands-on approach, maintaining familiarity with the company's operations at all levels, which assists him in also managing T&J's recruitment programme. Notably, Paul spearheads our tank beer installations, for which he is a specialist in the industry.

Head of Finance

As a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years' experience, Ian heads up T&J’s finance department, assisting with the development and growth of the business. He is also instrumental in the design and implementation of our automated service management system, which keeps clients informed on the progress of all works.

Office Operations Manager

Katie's work as Office Operations Manager is crucial in T&J's maintaining of SLAs for its customers. She is responsible for managing the relationship between our office function and the operational and technical teams. With her years of experience at T&J as our Customer Services/Relationship Manager, she recognises the importance of resolving matters effectively and efficiently.

Customer Services/Relationship Manager

Nicola is responsible for managing our team of customer service advisors and monitors the ongoing relationships with our customers in regards to jobs and SLAs. She will often be the first port of call on complex customer service issues, and keeps our customer services operation functioning at the high level our clients deserve.
