Cellar cooling systems

We supply and install a range of technical services equipment for cellar cooling systems, refrigeration equipment and coolers for beer, cider, wine and soft drinks dispense.

Cellar cooling equipment should give a cellar temperature of 10 to 12 degrees centigrade and run for a maximum of 16 hours out of every 24 hours.

Our cellar cooling solutions offer the following benefits:

  • Minimise sound levels and vibration in noise sensitive locations, reducing sound breakout into bar and accommodation areas
  • Space saving installations, including cellars with irregular shapes
  • High efficiency systems
  • Accurate temperature control
  • Easy access for service maintenance

T&J tip

The cellar is for storing beer, wine and soft drinks only. It is not designed as a general store or fridge, and anything apart from beer is an extra cooling load. Fruit, vegetables and other food should be kept in a separate refrigerated area wherever possible, as they may taint cask beer.
