Recently appointed by Aspall cyder makers in quarter 4 2014 to provide drink dispense installation and reactive maintenance services, T&J continues to go from strength to strength.
Aspall, whose cyders have always been spelt with a ‘y’ and not an ‘i’ as a mark of their quality and strength, started making cyder in 1728.
Founder Clement Chevallier planted the orchards in the tiny hamlet of Aspall in rural Suffolk. The company is run today by the eighth generation of the family, Henry and Barry Chevallier Guild and is the 10th oldest family business in the UK.
