Exciting future ahead for T&J as Celli Group completes acquisition

Forward-thinking, Celli Group, has completed its acquisition of T&J Installations, having taken a 30% stake in March. Whilst for customers it’s ‘business as usual’, T&J will now form an integral part of the Celli Asset Management division.

Following the initial tie-up with T&J earlier this year, Celli Group launched their Asset Management business here by developing a UK Centre of Excellence and Innovation for refurbishment, field service operations and supply chain support for drinks dispense equipment.

For T&J, this strategic move provides a tremendous platform for growth.

“It’s all about the future”, Ian Jones, Managing Director of T&J Installations, said. “We’re incredibly excited about working with Celli. It creates significant opportunities for T&J, our team and, of course, our customers.”

Celli Group is also strengthened by the acquisition, with T&J enabling the creation of a complete end-to-end solution.

The future of T&J – inside and out

Whilst the relationship with customers will be ‘business as usual’, T&J’s proposition is significantly strengthened by the acquisition – with Celli Group’s immense purchasing power becoming a new weapon in the T&J arsenal.

Ian said: “The sheer size of Celli Group and its product range will ultimately provide our customers with greater choice and the opportunity to leverage best value.”

As demonstrated in our recent online event – “Celli Digital Days” – the Group has its eyes firmly set on the future. Celli is highly invested in the future of drinks dispense technology, particularly in the area of digital integration.

Ian continued: “The technology that Celli Group brings to the table doesn’t just allow us to meet the newest demands of our customers – it also creates new opportunities for our team, enabling them to broaden their knowledge and expertise within the industry.”

Remanufacturing for the green revolution

The refurbishment process offers a turnkey solution from collection to return, including diagnosis, refurbishment, testing and packing. Through T&J, the field service operation offers services to over 15,000 commercial activities in the hospitality sector – including pubs, hotels, restaurants and independent brand owners throughout the UK.

The supply chain service incorporates a new national distribution centre in Wetherby, comprising over 32,000 sq ft, guaranteeing prompt delivery of equipment and spare parts to both the UK and international markets.

Some words from Celli Group

Established in 1974, Celli is a global leader in the beverage dispensing solutions industry. Celli is known for the quality and design of its products and championing technological solutions and sustainability.

Nigel Farrar, CEO of Celli Group UK, commented: "Through the acquisition of T&J, not only has Celli demonstrated its commitment to, and belief in the UK market, but we can now support our customers for the entire Asset Management process.

“With the purchase complete, we will focus on the integration and digitalisation of Field Service processes,” said Adalberto Pizzi, Director of the Asset Management Division of the Celli Group. “We will therefore be able to bring innovative solutions to the UK market to help manage customer systems, whilst guaranteeing reduced management costs and full control of service levels."

Some final thoughts from Ian Jones

Ian Jones concluded: “T&J, as part of Celli Group, is now able to offer drinks dispense solutions that are far more comprehensive. This is the next step for our business, which was founded by my father some 35 years ago. It ensures that our operations will continue to grow – both in size, reach and diversity of offering – and that our team is working at the forefront of a dynamic industry.”
